For at least five years now I have been drinking goats milk; I used to suffer very badly from acne and went on to find out that a main causative agent of acne is cow’s milk, so straight away made the change and my acne completely cleared up and I much prefer the taste of goats milk anyway. I now even have goat’s cheeses and yogurts. It is by far the healthier option and I am very happy I made the move.

Also I saw some research that said cow’s milk could be a huge cause of diabetes type 2 because it contains a compound that mimics the human bodies insulin so peoples body’s stop producing insulin because they think they already have it in their system when they don’t.
