Goats’ milk an ideal training fuel for athletes!

I was introduced to goats’ milk via a voucher at a running event and found it to be a very tasty and a healthy alternative to cows’ milk to drink alone, with tea or cereal, as well as for cooking.  It also is a good training fuel for a sportsman, or anyone leading an active life.

I’m a convert!
